Some more web authoring resources

This is not intended as a full-fledged list of resources for web authoring (including HTML, HTTP, page design, CGI etc) but rather a short list of those that I use regularly and find useful. I hope you can find some value in these yourself.

• W3C - the official specifications and standards for HTML, CSS, HTTP and much more.
• The Web Design Group - probably the best collection of reference material for web authoring available.
• Jukka Korpela's HTML material - includes both stylistic and philosophical points as well as a good tutorial for HTML 3.2.
• The Alertbox - a monthly column about web publishing and usability.
• The W3C HTML Validation Service - invaluable for making sure your HTML is syntactically valid.
