Tentative listing of OP strength

This listing is intended to give an hierarchy of the strength of channelers, not to evolve into discussion about the exact capabilities of channelers etc.

Women are rated in terms of their potential strength, not necessarily their current strength. Hence Egwene, Elayne, Metarra, and Aviendha are listed as equals, though currently Egwene is the strongest and Aviendha or Metarra the weakest.

Siuan and Leane are listed at their pre-stilled strength.

1. Lanfear/Cyndane[F], Sharina[A]
   Sharina had more potential than even Nynaeve. Cyndane is almost certainly Lanfear.

2. Graendal[F], Mesaana[F], Talaan[S], Nynaeve[A], Semirhage[F]
   Talaan was only slightly weaker than Nynaeve.

3. Moghedien[F]

4. Aviendha[W], Egwene[A], Elayne[A], Metarra[S]
   Metarra was nearly as strong as Elayne.

5. Cadsuane[A], Nicola[A], Someryn[W]
   Graendal notes Someryn as "not neglible", and doesn't want to risk teaching her. Nicola could be a level weaker.

6. Meilyn[A], Karene[A], Therava[W]
   Galina notes Therava as stronger than any living AS, but she likely believes Cadsuane is dead. Meilyn and Karene died in New Spring.

7. Elaida[A], Garenia/Zarya[K], Lelaine[A], Moiraine[A], Romanda[A], Siuan[A], Raiyn[S]

8. Alanna[A], Amys[W], Bera[A], Galina[A], Kiruna[A], Kwamesa [A], Leane [A], Myrelle [A], Reanne [K], Sheriam [A], Theodrin [A], Verin [A], Merana[A], Rafela[A], Faeldrin[A], Masuri[A]
   

9. Alviarin [A], Anaiya [A], Beonin [A], Carlinya [A], Movrin [A], Kristian[K]
   Alviarin might be level 8.

10. Faolain Orande[A], Melaine [W], Renaile[S]
    Faolain and Melanie may be level 9. They are above average AS strength. These are without doubt strong enough to Travel; Renaile opened a Gateway in PoD.

Men

For purposes of evaluation, Mazrim Taim is assumed to be assumed to be who he claims to be. Asmodean is listed at his actual strength, not where Lanfear left him at the end of TSR. Moridin is assumed to be Ishamael; Dashiva is assumed to be Osan'gar.

Since modern male channelers have no way of determining the potential strength of others, actual strength is used rather than potential strength here.

This listing is considerably more tentative than the one for the women. It is likely that additional classes will have to be inserted.

   Narishma had the spark. He's likely fairly strong.

5. Jur Grady, Fedwin Morr, Eben Hopwil, Feager Neald, Kerlian

6. Jonan Adley

Notice: No correlation between the female and the male strength level is implied!
